Members & Non-Members.

Hey

I am posting this to put forward the suggestion
of having Members & Non-Members.

Therefore, if you were to have this, there would
have to be member spots, items, commands, ect.

Also, the requirments to become a member would
have to be decided by you, as i have no clue. :D

This doesn't have to happen, i just thought i would
take the time to put it forward and see what
happens.
