How do you make Redirection board's On forums.

Okay so my question is, How do you make redirecton boards, because on my forum's i want to make redirection boards so could someone please explain or even post pictures that would be great! :)

Also, How do i upgrade my forums to SimpleMachines?

You can change everything from the profile account setting option.. and on redirections im not sure
