Client not working.

The Client repeadedly doesn't work for me. No matter how hard I try, it does not want to work. It always says 'Fatal loading error.' Yes, I see that it says try refreshing or downloading the client. I downloaded the Client, it still said 'Fatal loading error.' I refreshed the page a few times, it still did the same. Is there anything I must do?
