How do I download the client?

I have it downloaded to my labtop and it won't download for my pc. When I click "download" it downloads and then comes to this box where it says add files and all weird stuff. It didn't do it on my labtop, and I don't know how to download it.. Please help? :\

When a separate window comes up saying ~All-Go-Free~ it is downloading the necessary files to load the client to play. Canceling would stop the download of the necessary files.
