I have been thinking about it and I wouldn't want to be back in this clan with Jeremy being one of the owners.

There's no way that would even be considered for a permenant mute. I didn't flame him at all. I didn't swear at all. It isn't spam at all. And Jeremy has said that he thinks this is a Dictatorship, which is what a Communist government is.
