Leveling will be more faster than the current Runescape experience gain rate but won't be as fast as classics.

The emotes will be relatively up-to-date but not precisely.

If i remember correctly, Jeremy told me leveling is about 3.4 times faster than normal Runescape, which would be around 12-13 xp per hit, so it isn't to fast, you'll have to work for everything.

We put in the real RuneScape experience amounts, and then we set a master multiplier. Jeremy and I are going for pi (3.14) right now, but we'll do some testing to see if we like that number. :)

Hey, i believe you should keep the exp the same but make some thing's harder. i have also played other server's where you have to accually kill jad to get a fire cape. In worldscape classic i think it's a bit to easy :\ Also bandos, armadyl, vesta, and also torso and rune defender's for pking  ;D  there just thought's.

The blitz should have normal runescape quests, or if you can, quests that you made up. Grand exchange might be a bit hard, oh, and you should make 1-3 different worlds so it controls the lag going on. Maybe even a bit more emotes? More Codes? More Maps? I'm just blasting my ideas at the moment. Maybe different pkboxes like.. ::pkbox1 ::pkbox2
You know, easy codes. I also agree with pure boii , people like Bandos, armadyl, vesta, and torse and rune defender's for pking. Also, if you want customs, maybe you can have a different kind of black, rune, ect. example : Black White Trimmed? ( If you don't know what i'm talking about, Black with white stripes. Like Black Gold ) The Leveling should be the same as well.
I'm all out of ideas, hope this helps.
