My Ideas : 

1. You Should Be Able To Have Quests (maybe A Little Or Alot) People Enjoy Somethin To Do. There Should BE Rewards And A Cape For Whoever Finishes Them All..

2. I Think There Should Be highscores So people Can Check It Up And See Others. This Would BE Extreamly Helpfull To Clans And Figuring out Whos Got The highest Xp In One Skill.

3. There Should Be Skillcapes Of Every Skill Including Attack Strength Defence. This WOULD Cause Alot Of People TO Bragg Though.

4. There Should Be A Construction Skill As Personally I Enjoy This Skill As It Excites Me To Build A House And Show Off To your Friends. This Could Also Provide Clans With A "HideOut/Base".

5. The Farming Skill Should be Improvised TO Herbs Plants Trees Etc. This Could Help The Economy Of Logs And Help The Woodcutting Skill.

6. The Slayer Skill Should Be Applied As many people Like To Kill NPC'S And I Love Killing Abyssal Demons And Dark Beasts To Get Whips And bows.

7. I Think A Variety of Items Should Come Into The Game For Example; Godswords (Basic Or Advanced) , Dark Bows , God Armour ( Armadyl,Bandos ETC) .

8. I Think There Should Be Some Kind Of Online Trade (Like The Grand Exchange , But NO Trade Limit(Please!!!)).

9. There Should Be A Place For Pures To Train (Mr.Riot). This Could Help Pures Get Levels To become A Pure.

10. Well There Is No Ten But Always Like To End On A Even Number.

i have some suggestions and a question.
my question: will there be that thing where when you login it shows in-game messages like in rs? if so that leads to my suggestions.

i like how there is that in-game messages but like only from admins/moderators..etc not from players. So players can see like proof of why they were muted. in stead of doing the board in the forums"report  in-game rule breakers" the players could take a pic and send to admin/mod.etc then they can review and decide if they get a punishment and how bad. Also will there be the zone thing like on rs> the thing like if your in the green zone your good. If your in the yellow zone you will be muted if you have 1more incident. And red zone one more incident and you will be banned.

I just had a really good idea for a thing that's in Classic to go into Blitz!! Well, many people have asked for Camp to be included in Blitz, and I just had an idea! What if there were somethings like "waves" in the Blitz Camp? Or maybe a boss at the end (Corporeal beast (If it gets added)?) ?

Because real RuneScape doesn't have things like the old wilderness and free trading, along other things. Plus the private server can be infinity customized.

Blitz should'nt have 135's (but the players who have them on the site rite now should still keep)

example: all 135's on here. But on the other game you will have 135/99, always.
