Did i just get ip banned?

I was at zombies. not in game but waiting room. all of a sudden a bunch of zombies came there so i just decided lets kill them what the heck and now it says Your IP-has been temporarily kicked" and counts down from about 300something and does that mean I'm banned? Or what?

No it means your IP is kicked... lol. You can log in when the timer expires.

K i just logged back in but it counted down like 6 times so i just wondered

You should be able to log in eventually, Just avoid doing it again.
