Can I have a reason to why I have been I-P Banned??!

My little brother was threatening to get my I-P banned, I stopped him, so he gets on and wants to dupe, So i cant mute him, I get himself muted.

He was I-P banned, why the hell should I get it?

Talk to jeremy.. he could probably un-ip-ban him then just ban him and maybe ip-mute? Just contact Jeremy and this should be resolved.
