best weapons to train strength is: Dragon dagger (s) and whip.

Best weapons to train attack is: dragon 2h whip or dragon dagger (s)

Best weapon to train deffense is: whip.

How to train strength with whip?

1. get any dragon dagger.
2. switch the attack style to slash.
3. now weild whip do not touch attack style at all though.

Yeah pretty this is pretty accurate, But what about whip for defense?

Whip is for str, scimmitars are crap, and only a d2h is good for attack.

I would say that the best weapon is the Mouse Toy. The dragon longsword acts like a 2h, taking longer to hit. And the whip, it is not good. If you try to train strength with it, it might end up training defence.

Yes but, It works really well i know other items.
