how do i enable cookies?

well, today, i was on a different computer and i wanted to play worldscape, and it i did the usual thing, typed in http:/worldscapeblitz.com// and it went to the agreement, i've only had this once before and i had to problem, but this time...., this wasn't the case for it, i think the problem is that i deleted my cookies, and i don't know how to enable cookies. please help me.
