Please... get some more photoshop lessons.
My honest critic opinion on that banner is you've done nothing but edited text, added some custom brush smudges around and I honestly don't get the banner's aspect.

Well, first it is not photoshop, it is gimp. And I'm using it, because I recently got a new laptop and haven't gotten it yet.
