Nothing is broken, it's what Mute said. Where all the files are being stored is currently down. We have no control of that, since we don't own the site.

Bandwidth issues.

There's a whole lot more than what you probably think to hosting a website.

ANDD running a server when 8 million people all want their unique problems fixed. Ryan can't do everyone's at once, just give it time.

He doesn't host the cache from this site because then this site would be shut down by Jagex. As they have tried several times to shut WorldScape down.
