Things you need to improve on:
Text: Make sure you spell thing correctly (I.e. Francis and his tomorrow's) also it is cut off at the bottom.
Font: it's too plain, go download some fonts.
Design: if im right, you're trying to make a monster energy signature? Maybe you should find a render of the slashes in the actual picture.

I usually spend like 30+ minutes on each of my banners/sigs.
