What I was thinking was something like ::theshop, except you don't buy and sell items and the items don't disappear after a while. It's just where people can drop off PKing gear, skilling equip, etc. that they don't need or just want to donate.

This could be a good way to even out some of the pk'ing items though and distribute them to the new people.  :)

We could put a limit on how much they can take out in a certain amount of time. Obviously it would be different for things like choc-ice, logs, and sharks compared to PKing gear and other things.
