We could do this; we just need to make sure all of the Herbs and Ingredients are accessible to players. And we need a way to get it to level 3. 8)

What do you mean by level 3? As in actual level 3 for cleaning herbs and such? Just have them use a lamp first and they'll be fine or just preset all new accounts with level 3 herblore.
