there is, but there shouldn't be. advertizing is a group effort, not a particular part of the group.

Mia does not need to be active for you to vote? Just because you're not subjected to an advertising group doesn't mean you can't vote/advertise? Kevin's posted many links on where to and how to vote.

I am a former advertiser i used to advertise everywhere but after the rest of the team stopped there was no point so i resigned.

you cant get people if the people we now have are only online on the forum,
if you we are much more online and a new guy come be will learn the game better and make fun
when i try an server and nobody is online i will logged out and never play again.

i was typing on my iphone but i im trying to see.
if you are alone online i dont like the game but when i im with a few members online i like it.
So if nobody of the people we have now like you will be online and new people come they maybe like the game more
and stay  and not going away to another server understand?
