Where in Worldscape can you get a Lava staff?

I saw someone with one but they didnt tell me where they got it...

...That helped me with getting used to, and learning, all the new and improved things on the Blitz server!

I was just wondering why my character has been reset.

One more thing. Where have the player commands gone to? Are there new ones or have they all been taken away?
