General (WS) / Download before playing? What do? (main_file_cache.dat)

Used to play this all the time. Just got back into it. Played it at a friends house and it worked fine. Now i try to play it here and it says it needs to download. On the web client and downloadable client. Should i just wait the download out, or something else?
