WorldScape Blitz

Hey guys,

I've just got 99 woodcutting and I have tried multiple times to buy the cape. It seems that the man is out of order and is sucking my money and Mooshu's money from our pockets.  ::)
So, could someone fix this problem ASAP? I was looking forward to it. (:

There are a few programs to create these signatures.. Such as photoshop ( The best) and GIMP (Free, and good for beginners)
