omg, when the server was offline i had 2499 Red halloween masks, camel mask and 2obby shields... and now when server is online, i watched my bank, those items is gone???? plzz tell me what happend

yeh, i have now tryed like 2hours to get play Worldscape but it says everytime : Error connecting to server. When i'm trying to log in? tell me how to fix it? plzzz
