I like the dot thing on there (there's probably some sort of technical name for it but I'm too lazy to look it up)
Things you need to change:
Color choiceâ€" sometimes it's better to stick to just one or two colors.
Textâ€" go download a shit load of fonts. That's what I do every weekend. You never know when you come upon a text that really defines you :D
Pictureâ€" what you've created is sorta a background, now you gotta add something to it.
Other than that, very good :D

Just google free fonts and you should get a number of websites
I find http://www.dafont.com great for fonts.
Also, renders from http://www.planetrenders.net
