Ok each week on Sunday (my time) I will give a certificate of honour you can recive these for alot of thing's (E.G. helping, teaching and pking) there are other ways you can earn these certificates.

There's a new thing called 'the search bar'.
I do like the idea of certificates. Only than the staff have to deal them out. Like as example, at Insomnom's profile, you see 'jazmen' under the name insomnom. Only than, when you receive a certificate for helping, you get a text under your name. Like ''Certificated helper''. Or something like that..

I do believe there was once a time where there were titles like that. AGF helper or something.
I wasn't around for it, but I swear I read that somewhere.

Nope, he's not copying the thrive awards. The thrive awards is based on the decision of the community, not one individual player. Not to completely ruin your idea, but you aren't exactly a veteran player. When new players decide to make awards and give them to individual players, it is kind of dry. Not everyone knows who you are or what you will be like. I believe it would be the staff's position to give individual titles like this.
