Hey, well I can't make a new account and I need some help. Any help would be appreciated.

If you want two accounts, you can't use the same mail account. You'll haft to have a new one or use your dad's or mum's.
For In-game,
I think you need to make a account with a random name. Try a random set of numbers to see if you can even connect to server. I did this the first time I ever played worldscape to see if I could connect. Then i made a account named, Iruleatlife.
For The Forums,
If you cant connect it's more or less because you made a account and that recent account is using the same "Email" address as the new one you want to make. And on the forums it's kind of pointless to use two accounts. It's normal to use two accounts in-game but not on the forums.
