An RS Black Market is where you trade things on RS and make deals on these forums. The things that would be sold include items, services, and accounts. You could gain items on this game for selling items on RS. RS accounts should be allowed to be sold on here as well because it's not even accounts on this server that are being traded, it's on RS.
