Yeah i know this isn't a big deal but when you right click on "men" it says next to examine it will say it's level than in brackets next to it is a 1.

I have a photo, Does it mean there's simply one man there?

That is 100% normal. That is just the npc id.

yeah whenever you click on an NPC then it will say their id in parenthesis. ( examine (2484)
