Title: can't cast ancient teleport spell

Plz help me i can't cast any ancient teleport spell i got all the runes and a staff but it doesn't work my friend can cast it so HELP!! ???

Are you sure you have the right level for the spell?

Yeah I cant cast them either and i am the right lvl! The teleports just dont work!
