Does someone know why i can't buy stuff at ::theshop

What is it the command that's not working, Or is it opening and you can't buy stuff?
Usually, the "::theshop" would be working. For example: you can buy an Easter Egg there. Sometimes, it won't. I don't know why, but this shouldn't this be in "Tech Support"?

No it shouldn't, because if it was meant to be there, it wouldnt've been moved in the first place.
