Hey allgofree players!
Some days ago Jeremy and Mooshu told me to join them playing the fps Urban Terror.
I think you guys should join us!
Here is some info;
Urban Terror started as a realism based "total conversion" mod for Quake III Arena. Nowadays, Urban Terror is played using the free, stand-alone, ioquake3 engine modified, which doesn't require Quake III Arena, in addition to being an add-on to id Software's Quake III Arena. There are multiple games like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and way more. Figure it out your self.

Urban Terror 4.1 can run on Quake 3 Arena or on the free ioUrbanTerror. The .zip and the .exe installer have exactly the same files in them and both include ioUrbanTerror, so you only need to get 1 installer. There's only FULL packages, no upgrades. The installers are about 700MB.
So, Download, Start the game, fill in your game name and post it down here!
YOU DONT HAVE TO REGISTER. JUST RUN THE GAME AND FILL IN YOUR INGAME NAME THERE.

Those 8 hours are all worth it!
You can also run the game off an external Hard Drive, and it runs Perfect, That way you don't use up any hard drive space. When playing i get 126FPS+ :)

I think you had an incomplete download. Where did you downloaded it from? Try gamershell.

I think you had an incomplete download. Where did you downloaded it from? Try gamershell.
Thats where i did download it from, Hmm i might try re-downloading it annother time.
I'm re-downloading it, and also the download is 709mb's, It is really worth it though. I heard it is a really awesome game ;D 8)

i'm redownloading it, i changed the screen size and it wouldn't let me back on, i will post my new name, it might be serious fool.

Second. You don't need a GL or any other graphic card to be able to play the game.
@Pk0wnedall - Make sure you completely delete all the files of Urban Terror before re-downloading it. And Make sure you get the USA version, because you won't be able to play with us if you have other countries version.

I like to make a suggestion about this topic. Since Jeremy and Ry play as well, I think downloading Ventrilo and having an Allgofree vent would be helpful.

With the mac users that are playing as well, Is it in a window with the "X" in the top right corner? Or is it full screen?
Also, Is it hard to get out of it?

Yeah it says your screen is only 800x600.. You can buy video cards from NVIDIA or ATI, The more the video card cost..the better it is. Spend like $80-100 and you will be perfect :D
I am soon downloading it! I am getting Another new laptop on Wednesday so i can probably download it on Thursday or Friday.
