I'm Paulnoter55. i have a suggestion for a new monster. its called the meteor dragon. it can strike up to 40 damage on it combatant and can freeze them. its combat lv. is 300 and it looks like a dragon made out of red glass. it drops rare items such as :fox, fixed device and other rares. i hope to fight it one day if you add it! They usually say that they don't accept these, but I think this is actually a good idea for a monster.
Good idea, but it even took Jagex a very long time to create their new monsters. I like it but we just don't have the time/resources to make something like this.
