I keep getting the fatal loading error Sign when i try to Open... i have refreshed 3 times... and i am still getting fatal loading error

Go to you computer delete the folder: Allgofree, and try it again.

If you go to 'computer' all you see is the HDD's and external drives, not the AllGoFree 'FOLDER'.
Anyway, just do what Zack said.
Go to ''computer'', ::C disk, Delete folder 'allgofree'. That's all you gotta do.
