Title: Wilderness Codes and Restrictions/Criteria

::expert - 125 in each combat skill including range and magic, excluding prayer
::pkoff - people can't attack you and you can't attack people*
::pkon - people can attack you and you can attack people*

*=no change made
~~~=criteria met in other codes or unnecessary

I think that it should be 125 - 135 for pures. That way people who want their stats "secret" can do so. And ::expert shouldnt include mage range or prayer. Plus there should actually be a dangerous pking place for anyone
