What do you mean 'bump' I've heard that term a lot and I have no idea what it means. If it means that it alerts people to a reply then no it doesn't. But you are strictly not allowed to double post.

Bumping a topic means that you are trying to get more views, and by double posting or posting a single word it is not allowed.
