Im talking about the rift by Varrock/Etele.

Ooh, he means the rift from Soul's Bane. You can't go down it...
But, there is the dungeon. You have to guess the coords, though.
Lets say there is a place you want to go down to, and the coords are 2000 3000. To get down you would type ::tele 2000 9000, ::tele 2000 9050(or 9100) etc. until you find it. But there isn't a way to actually go down the rope, or anything for that matter.
Yes, anywhere in the game can be accessed by coordinates, but there is no "master list." Basically, you have to write down the one's that you like best. Guess and check baby, guess and check.
