Yeah, Apple updated their software to 3.0 for the iPod Tough 2G and iPhones. This videos shows you how to get it. I used it and it works.

I can't update mine or else my iTouch won't be jailbroken anymore :(

I just thought it was dumb for Apple to charge $10 for a software update, so I found this. Plus there's a lot of cool features in 3.0

I know what you mean. After I updated to 3.0 I had to re sync 7 GB of music and 10 GB of video.
