Exactly how do you do this with a YouTube video? Like no URL just that thing.

You copy the URL of the YouTube video you want then you paste it in your post, once you've done that highlight it then there is a button that says "YouTube" (It's above the first smiley) click that while your text is still highlighted. That's it.
