im just sugesting ideas here but i think it would be cool if the graphics were better and it would be good if thier was an xp bar to show you how far you are from the next lvl and how much xp you have to go because you cant see the next lvls xp because it stops at 99.

First of all 508 graphics is not yet available, or legal if you will, for anyone to use. Using a 508 client would put Worldscape at risk of being sued/shutdown.
The Xp bar would probably come with the 508 package. Until then you can type ::xptable In-game to see the Xp you need until you level up.
as terror said you can get sued for it because its elegal atm and i dont think it will ever be legal and my point is it would be near inpossible to use because its so i tech :)
It won't be Illegal forever, It can't be unless Jagex own it forever. Think about it as soon as they went to 508 they got rid of 317.
I think it will be legal by the end of the year, easy.
