there should be a mod suggestion section on the forums just like there is for reporting broken rules.
for example... if you see someone doing something "mod worthy", you could take a screenshot and post it in the mod suggestion section. just an idea.
It's been suggested before and there are several reasons we don't actually do it. One being that people will just vote for their friend to become a Mod.
thats very true. but thats why i suggested the screenshot.
Another reason, Someone can just pretend just for the photo. Also as Kevin said you can just get your friend to vote for you.
