Recently..I went to a course in order to train photoshop CS 4 to become a pro..But I have a question how do you create the back ground in the banners?

Well, you have to make your background with your brushes.

You can get brushes from:
www.brusheezy.com
Or, look them up on Google.

Then, you can use a render from www.planetrenders.net, as Maxi implied earlier.

Photoshop all depends in cutting pictures and moving them somewhere else,I just need the backgrounds...or as you call it "Renders" am i right?

You need to make your background to place your render on.

My signature's render didn't come with those lines on him or the lines by Pride.

I would suggest googling your questions, 9/10 there will be links of tutorials on how to do certain things using any version of PhotoShop you are using.

I've done this in the past to quickly throw together a picture.
