Title: Classic Update Pack #11

Update pack #11 has been released!

Included updates:
Classic Plugin Build #17:
- Added ::draynor command to get to Draynor Village.
- Added Minigame shop to Diango in Draynor Village to exchange Reward Tokens.
- Camp now shows your kills as well as the entire team's kills.
- Reward Tokens, in addition to coins, are now given from the camp minigame.

Bugfixes:
- Tricking the client into showing the special attack bar no longer allows players to use special attacks.
