Names a little big, other then that, it's really good! 9/10!!
8.5/10, nice but as dieknowsawr said too big...
No offense, but the background needs a change =D.
1.) Why is the border so big?
2.) You have your name twice, you only need it once.

Thank youu all for what I need to improve on. And, I dont know how to make borders that good, I use the dotted triangle tool to select a big part of it and hit delete.
What program do you use?

You need to make a new layer, do Ctrl+A, then go to Edit -> Stroke -> and then from there you decide what to do.
I suggest 1 px borders.
