I think that's right because I've experienced somewhat of the same error a few days ago.
What i did was wait it out but i'm not sure  :(.

I have it on my computer, so i cant copy & paste scripts to that thing what you use on RS when your lazy

I believe this happens when the update server is offline. It's trying to check for updates and the server is offline, the code gets confused and spits out errors.
