Skillcape stats

I think you should give skillcapes a +4 strength bonus like a fire cape so we can wear them when we PK.

If you're wearing the Strength Skillcape it adds an extra level to your Strength stat.

I feel as if this were added, people without, say, 135 strength, would be at an even more extreme disadvantage. I think if you were going to add an extreme advantage like that, you should be able to fight anyone without the same advantage, therefore, people without 135 in something wouldn't get absolutely destroyed.

Likewise, it does the same thing for the other "offensive" skillcapes? (Eg Magic, Range ect)

Yes, but it doesn't replace fire capes.

Actually that wouldn't be an advantage at all it would make people with 135's basically have different looking fire capes? And honestly, you work hard for a 135. You should deserve some kind of advantage. Lazy people who can't train shouldn't deserve special treatment.
