Classic Update Pack #2

Update pack #2 has been released!

Included updates:
- Npc HP bar bug
- Added using fire capes on other people
- Fix item amount wrap around bug where the amount would change to 0 after going over the max amount
- The Easter Ring now works properly
- The Ring of Stone now works properly
- Marionettes now work properly
- Added command to disable spellbook teleports ::notele
- Added Shades in Varrock
- Fixed noted black flowers

Thanks for fixing these! I also noticed that the Anger Battleaxe and Anger Sword are now working (somewhat).  The anger mace still isn't working though.

A couple days probably.. First Ryan needs to find the bugs, and fix them.. ::)
