Voltimont's Picture was proboably before the defence update, so that explains the uber-high hit.

In case you didn't know, which clearly you didn't, the defence skill doesn't lower the hits you receive, or vise versa on an NPC. It only lowers the CHANCE of being damaged.

So please don't post about something you don't know about.
