It's not, Because good banner makes can make things from scratch, Like making a background and doing stuff but just adding text to going to google getting a picture and adding text.

im not flaming or anything but im just stating what i've seen.
but about 60% of members in worldscape who offer banners are actually just taking google images and put text all over it.

use a professional program like Photoshop and use overlay, i use it allot when i do abstract and such kind.
