npc's drops other stuff then in rs?

so i go a monsterdatabasebank, on a site. so i was searching for bandos chestplate and it sed somtheing with generals. in worldscape chaos element drops it, this is just an example it's not only with chaos element. but i was searching for 3rd age ( because rivin x got a set of it) and it was only recieverbol by tresue trails. since that ain't  working , you normally wouden't be able to get it. but my question is where to get 3rd age?

Yes, there are quite a few drops that are different than RS.
Think of it this way.. that's what sets us apart.

If everyone knew where it was, everyone would get a set.
'nd then it wouldn't be special or worth much, right?
If you find it yourself, think of how awesome that would be.. You'd have it and not many others would.
The whole point is to be proud of the things you've gotten/achieved in-game, instead of being clones to everyone else. =)

some other questions: do you need spade to find it.
it is nearby a city? so yea witch?
do's a npc drops it?

You don't need a spade and yes, an NPC drops it.
It doesn't just spawn. =)
