what does ::immute do?

::immute is a command only available to muted players. Which will make themselfs say "I am muted, i cannot answer whatever you want".
and make a timer so they don't spam it.

Why should they deserve this? They have obviously been muted for a reason. If people ask them a question Tough Luck, They shouldn't of done whatever they have done to get muted.

Good idea. However, They did something bad and broke the rules and deserve a Mute. If someone is muted most likely they will do emotes to try and tell you something. Being Muted SHOULD NOT have ANY advantages and such.

Well, it is kind of related to QuickChat on RuneScape... but also, muted people deserve to NOT TALK. I support 50% :P

You never know.. They could add something to classic whenever they feel like it basically.

I was going to suggest something like "Cape of muted"..

But custom items fail, so this is better :)

This would be useful but there are many other things that could be made also. Like I enter I said, cape of Muted or Muted helm. People who are Muted deserve NOTHING.. They shouldn't get there own command or item, they are being punished for their actions.. not rewarded.
