Will all the quests be the same as RS quests? If not, to provide a challenge, you should make certain quests a requirement to use some items, just like RS. And will there be the collect option for the grand exchange at every bank? and will there be the multi-cannon? And 1 more thing, since this is supposed to be as much as RS as possible, will there still be the original wildy/Pk teleports, which one?

That'd be pretty cool. Not the "as close to RS as possible" bit. We want to be unique I think.

I know that there will be Quests in Blitz, so there will probably be requirments. =P
