when i logged in and i started to train i clicked on attack options /slash  :D
and i started to attack and then ! :o
i trained defence?? :'(
maybe you need to do something about that in BLITZ or CLASSIC ::)

is slash the third one down? Well, the first option should train attack, the second should train strength, the third should train attack, strength and defense, and the last option should train defense.

i had an ancer b axe  8)
and it was already on slash

Yeah okay. So when you switched to anger battle axe the setting was already on slash? if it was you should always click on a different setting then double click on the setting you want.
